In Memory of Sue Guesnard

"And Amy's Meatball"
Sue was such an animal lover and always had rescue animals. She wanted to contribute to a worthy rescue from her estate. She was a smart, caring and remarkable human being. She was an animal rights activist in Minneapolis helping wherever she could to make sure sweet furry babies that no one else wanted were given homes much like Amy. The last dog she adopted in Minneapolis was a 10-year-old lab whom she found out soon enough had cancer. She made sure she received the proper treatment until the end (the dog survived another 2 years!). I can't say enough good things about Sue. I miss her and know she would have loved your group and what you stand for. The page on Meatball is so sweet. Fantastic write up on her!
Thanks for all you great people do - Kathie

In Memory of Frank Randolph “Randy” Eubanks
|
Randy passed away on September 16, 2015 in Richardson, TX. He was known to all as a gentleman with a sharp wit and brilliant mind and a wide and diverse set of interests including reading, theater, and fine arts. Although he became a dog lover late in life, his rescue dog Mo gave him a purpose and a reason to get up in the morning. Randy will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Geraldine "Gerry" Camp
Passed away on May 11, 2013
|
In loving memory of Gerry Camp. She was preceded in death by her husband: Marvin Allen Camp in 2006 and brother: Tommy Ray in 2008. Gerry is survived by her son and daughter in law: Ken and Diana Lee; daughter: Pamela Lee and her partner Terri Bilbo.
Gerry's daughter Pam is a volunteer for TSBR, and her family has graciously asked for donations in lieu of flowers. Thank you Pam, for your continued support of our mission - you make what we do possible!
My mom LOVED dogs...and she donated often to the SPCA (her husband used to hide the mail from animal groups)...which is great...but our group is so very special to me...all the great things all of you do!!! Pam Lee, TSBR Volunteer

Lewis Hyde
March 21, 1950 - December 25, 2012
|
In loving memory of long-time, avid outdoors-man, and animal advocate, Lewis Hyde, who recently lost his battle with liver disease and liver cancer. Lewis was a supporter of German Wirehaired Pointer and Spinone rescue group efforts and believed that every animal deserved the right to live out their life to the fullest.
Texas Sporting Breed Rescue has accepted custody of five wonderful dogs (Addy, Abby, Zeke, Demi, and Noah). We have established a fund to assist us with the veterinary care and placement of these dogs.
Please help us honor this great breed enthusiast and ensure these dogs get the forever homes they deserve, by contributing today!
