Hi Calisto here:)

I am a 10 year old black lab looking for love. I know what your thinking! (don't we all) lol.

In my younger days I had a tight body and now finally accept my curves.

Although my story isn't the first of its kind its a hard one for me.

You see I was a loyal companion. I know my commands, even sign language, crate, house trained, good with older kids and dogs. Yikes cats remind me of small yard animals!!  Me no like.

My story took a turn for the worse when my human was ill and hospitalized. No one in the family wanted me. I ended up in a shelter. RUFF!!

That was a place I wasn't ready for; the loud noises and different smells were not anything I was used to.

I lost my SMILE and became shy. I wasn't sure who to trust. What - where - why! So sad.

Then...fast forward a few months and enters my foster mom. We laugh inside and out. She thinks I am funny. 

I like to bounce up and down like a jumping bean! #happyhappyhappy

She smiles at me and looks into my eyes and talks to me..to me!

I SMILE all day!

I have found my SMILE!
